Bec Williams
Funeral Director
I am a member of the At Need team here at Bare. I support families in their time of grief by helping them through the Bare cremation process, along every step of the way. I am in contact with the family from their very first call, up until the delivery of their loved ones ashes. I help make a difficult time more manageable, so families can focus on getting on what matters most. Fun fact: Even though I'm a twin, my twin sister and I were born on different days. So we don't even share a birthday! :D

Alicia Avram
Head of Prepaid Customer Experience
I joined Bare as I am passionate about giving people information and options to make choices that are right for them. I also believe that prepaid arrangements are an empowering journey for our customers and I like to know that I can play a small part into making it a positive experience. Fun fact: I played competitve snooker for Australia in 2012 at the Oceania Games

Prepaid Concierge
With 15 years experience in customer service, plus 9 years managing service teams, I am very passionate about delivering the best service possible. I love working at Bare as it gives me the opportunity to help people during one of the hardest moments of their life. Being there to support them through this time is an extremely rewarding experience. Fun fact: For the majority of my life I absolutely hated reading books. Now I love it so much that if I don't get to read every day, I get the jitters!
